Responsibilities

• Surges the trim in colored thread and inserts label on all socks
• Cuts and sews compressogrip sleeves, shrinkers, humerals, ulnars, fractures
• Apply bone rings and fold to compressogrip
• Tack Torso’s Presew socks prior to processing
• Casting pants and Cast socks
• Cuts and sews knee sleeves
• Scans WO’s into the system
• Performs quality control inspections
• Provides general janitorial work throughout manufacturing area
• Cuts split in pelvic socks
• Hems Sterling products
• Follows priorities and workorder due dates when completing initiatives
• Actively participates in department quality meetings and Lean initiatives
• All other duties as assigned, including helping in other departments as needed
