Regional Sales Director - Western US

The Regional Sales Director’s (RSD) responsibility is to grow sales of PENTAX products to both new and existing customers through the sales efforts of a sales team assigned to a specific geographic territory. Manage sales representatives to achieve budgeted sales, quotas and expense objectives within defined geographical regions to plan, organize, and implement sales programs for the region. Train, develop, and mentor team members within the region. Analyze sales results to determine sales strategy and inventory requirements, and oversee handling or may handle key accounts. This role will oversee all sales activity west of the Mississippi River.
