Job summary

EXALTA Group's is seeking a Quality Inspector I to perform visual, functional and dimensional inspections of finished goods, components and raw materials to ensure compliance with quality plans and specifications. The role requires lifting up to 25 pounds and strong attention to detail within a manufacturing setting.

The candidate should be proficient with basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers) and able to interpret safety and maintenance instructions, while following SOPs and working

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of using calipers, micrometers, hard gauging and other inspection tools.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, functional and dimensional inspections across all stages of production.
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency.
• Corrects or escalates quality or compliance concerns.
• Follows all Tyber Medical, LLC Standard Operating Procedures.
• Responsible for preventative maintenance activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
