Job summary

Enovis Fort Worth, TX seeks a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support inspection, testing, and acceptance activities for incoming materials, in-process components, and finished medical devices. You will ensure quality through adherence to procedures and collaborate withManufacturing and Quality teams to maintain compliance.

The role requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment with emphasis on accuracy, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years manufacturing or quality-related experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical documents including drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections of devices, raw materials, components, packaging, and finished goods according to quality procedures.
• Set up and execute basic inspection and testing processes while interpreting drawings and work instructions.
• Test, sample, and troubleshoot components and materials to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Determine acceptance, rejection, or escalation status of inspected materials and components.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Assist with final acceptance inspections of finished goods and product release activities.
