Job summary

Vein360 is seeking Production Associates to join our team and play a hands-on role in restoring used medical devices to like-new condition. You will follow detailed work instructions, maintain a clean environment, and contribute to safety and compliance in every step of reprocessing.

You will work closely with your Production Supervisor, complete required documentation, and support FDA-related practices. The role emphasizes teamwork, ownership of tasks, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Vein360 is looking for Production Associates to join our team and play a hands‑on role in restoring used medical devices to like‑new condition. Our mission is to help reduce costs and reduce waste related to healthcare, safely and compliantly.

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll work closely with your Production Supervisor to bring precision and care to every step of our reprocessing operations. You'll:

  • Follow detailed work instructions to safely and efficiently manufacture medical devices
  • Help execute our quality system by carefully completing required documentation and forms
  • Keep safety front and center — from PPE to bloodborne pathogen and hazard protocols
  • Speak up when you spot a better way to do things — we want your ideas
  • Support our broader quality and compliance goals, including FDA requirements
What You Bring
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a controlled manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working as part of a team
  • A safety-first mindset and sharp attention to detail
  • Self-motivation — you take ownership of your work instructions and see them through
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with basic FDA production and process control requirements, including good documentation practices
What to Expect

You'll work in a controlled production environment, wearing PPE (gowns, gloves, foot covers, eye protection) daily to maintain the clean, compliant conditions required for medical device reprocessing.
