Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking an Entry-Level Packaging Operator for a 12-month contract in Sparks, MD. The role operates on first shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 40 hours per week under a W2 arrangement. Pay range is $16–$20 per hour.

Responsibilities include inspecting, labeling, and packaging clinical and commercial products, maintaining quality, and completing batch records while supporting inventory and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of industry work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Good documentation practices.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, label, and package clinical and commercial products.
• Perform finished product packaging to meet demand.
• Ensure packaging meets procedures and quality specs.
• Inspect in-process packaging and components for quality.
• Document manufacturing activities, device history records, inventory.
• Calculate basics for batch records.
• Assist with inventory counting.
• Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions.
• Clean packaging station and equipment regularly.
• Follow PPE and contamination control requirements.
