Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator in Mebane, NC for a 12-month contract (W2) with 40 hours per week. Training will cover routine production tasks including filling, packing, labeling, assembling, and inspection under supervision.

The role requires ability to read and interpret English specifications, strong teamwork, and reliable attendance. Shift is 1st, with Monday-Thursday workdays and hours from 7am to 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills understood by coworkers and supervisors.
• Ability to read, write, interpret English specifications and perform basic math.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
• Able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report regularly.
• Team-oriented with ability to work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting.
• Maintain accurate records and logs per FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000.
• Work effectively in a team setting to support team goals and objectives.
• Make effective decisions relative to position requirements and follow SOPs.
