The NPD Manager will lead cross-functional teams through design, development and launch of new products, overseeing the full lifecycle from concept to production with emphasis on quality, regulatory, and cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and specs for mechanical and electrical components and packaging.
• Oversee feasibility studies, testing protocols, and documentation.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive project plans to meet milestones and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with medical device quality standards.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
• Support cost estimation and client communications for new programs.
• Foster training and professional development for NPD activities.
