Job summary

Cirtec Medical Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Operator to run molds and monitor line speed and quality during production.

You will operate related equipment, interpret blueprints and SOPs, maintain GDP records and communicate with supervision and QA. The role requires basic math, English proficiency, and MS Office skills. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to add and subtract five-digit numbers.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and IQMS software.

Responsibilities

• Run mold press independently while maintaining rate and quality throughout the production run.
• Run related secondary equipment when applicable.
• Read and use blueprints, engineering specs, SOPs as required.
• Operate all equipment controls and interfaces.
• Maintain accurate written records following GDP.
• Communicate with supervisors, leads, setup techs and QA.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by 5S standards.
• Execute line clearance procedures.
