Job summary

Sentec is seeking skilled assembly professionals to join our manufacturing team in Idaho. You will assemble medical device components at workstations and lines, following detailed instructions and quality standards to ensure patient safety.

Role involves use of hand and power tools and sewing machines as needed. You will align with the production schedule, report material or equipment issues, and contribute to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Medical Device experience is a plus!
• Previous Industrial Sewing Machine experience is preferred for Sewing Machine Operators.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device components following detailed work instructions and specifications.
• Follow the master production schedule for the facility, communicating changes in customer requirements and material availability.
• Use correct product specifications and assembly procedures for each product; conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality.

Job description

Our Manufacturing Team works as a group to assemble subassemblies and finished goods utilizing workstations and line-assembly operations. We have operations that require the use of hand tools, power tools and fixtures (Assembly Technicians) and industrial sewing machines (Sewing Machine Operators). Though we currently have a full staff, we are always looking for top talent to add to our growing team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Uses correct product specifications and assembly procedure/work instructions for each product.
• Assemble medical device components following detailed work instructions and specifications.
• Follows the master production schedule for the facility, while providing adjustments and communication for changes in customer requirements, delays in receiving raw materials, availability of production equipment, etc.
• Working knowledge of standards and regulations as outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and structure.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure assembled devices meet quality standards and specifications
• Follow all regulatory and company standards, including FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous Medical Device experience is a plus!
• Previous Industrial Sewing Machine experience is preferred for Sewing Machine Operators.
