Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Labeling Specialist to manage development and controlled implementation of medical device product and packaging labeling.

This role supports regulatory compliance, product registration, and database maintenance, coordinating changes across functions to strengthen accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of labeling experience, familiarity with FDA and EU requirements, and experience with labeling software and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in science, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in medical device labeling, including controlled labeling changes and use of label design or printing systems.
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 801, UDI, EU MDR, ISO 13485 and global labeling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical device labeling activities across cross-functional teams.
• Develop, revise and verify product packaging labeling per regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Coordinate labeling reviews, approvals and implementation through change control.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Manufacturing on label availability and rollout timing.
• Own labeling software and ERP interface integration; lead improvement projects.
