Job summary

Corin Group in Raynham, MA is seeking an Investigation & Development Engineer to support and enhance orthopaedic technology products. You will investigate customer complaints, conduct technical investigations, and document findings across cross-functional teams to ensure quality and safety.

The role involves triage, data analysis, and sustaining engineering activities for released products, with planning for verification/validation and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated engineering environment.
• Exposure to investigations, root cause analysis or complaint handling.
• Experience analysing data, trends or log files.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and documentation quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial technical triage of customer-reported product issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and document technical investigations to determine root cause of product issues.
• Analyse data, system logs and product performance trends to support investigations.
• Manage complaint investigations through to resolution in a timely manner.
• Support sustaining engineering activities for released technology products.
• Plan and execute verification and validation testing activities.
• Contribute to risk management and design control activities.
• Maintain and update technical documentation (DHF/DMR).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Production, Sales, Marketing and Quality.
• Stay informed on developments in orthopaedics, robotics and related technologies.
