Job summary

Spectrum Vascular is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support hospital and clinical customers, including Direct and Distributor partners. You will ensure accurate order processing, resolve inquiries, and monitor EDI/FAX orders.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver concierge-level service and build strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, timely order management, and reporting product issues to Quality.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support and order processing (medical device industry preferred).
• Bachelor's level degree preferred.
• EDI experience within GHX platform is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Receive and process orders via email, phone, and electronic systems.
• Monitor and release orders submitted via EDI and GFAX to meet timelines.
• Update orders and customer accounts accurately and with urgency.
• Document orders with processing exceptions and require approvals.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, regulatory, QA and marketing teams.
• Provide timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
• Process product returns and document complaints for Quality.
