Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Clinical Affairs Specialist to advance the clinical integration and evidence-based use of our interventional product portfolio. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to educate, train, and support product adoption across sites.

The role emphasizes education, training program development, and responding to clinical inquiries, ensuring safe and appropriate use of Teleflex products in patient care settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Healthcare provider with ≥5 years' patient care in critical care or interventional access.
• Minimum of two years Medical Device Industry experience.
• Three years of business experience preferred.
• Advanced Certifications (CRNI, VA-BC, CCRN, CEN, etc.).
• Current licensure and credentials as applicable for clinical specialty.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial and clinical teams to deliver product education and training.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of Teleflex Medical products and procedures.
• Support development of clinical relationships through evidence-based consultation.
• Stay current on medical literature, guidelines, healthcare trends, and competitive landscape.
• Participate in scientific and professional programs at meetings and conferences.
• Provide clinical support for customer inquiries via designated channels.
• Advise on integration of Teleflex products to promote safe, effective use.
• Provide education and training to internal and external stakeholders on use of products.
