Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years in manufacturing, or 2-year technical degree with 1 year in manufacturing.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Programmable logic circuit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product components and maintain quality.
• Set up production equipment and perform line changeovers.
• Train Associates on assembly and production procedures.
• Interface with custom test programs and monitor process tests.
• Perform visual assembly and inspection under magnification.
• Maintain point-of-use inventory, FIFO, and work orders.
• Adhere to ESD guidelines.
• Provide training to new Associates as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
