Kelly Services is seeking Precision Assemblers to join a premier manufacturing client in Mentor, OH. The role offers 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities with a pay rate of $18.25 per hour.

Responsibilities include assembling medical devices, handling small parts, and ensuring quality standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma; prior manufacturing experience is preferred. A team-oriented, Lean environment supports safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Prior assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to follow detailed instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices and components following detailed instructions.
• Use hand tools and bench top presses for assembly tasks.
• Monitor quality of parts and product throughout the process.
• Troubleshoot simple equipment issues and maintain a safe workspace.
• Communicate production or equipment issues to leads and supervisors.
