Job summary

Excelitas Technologies Corp. is seeking a manufacturing associate to support assembly, packaging and quality testing of medical product components.

You will work with engineers on setup, perform rework as needed and ensure written specifications are met through data collection and inspection. The role requires a High School diploma, 0–2 years of related experience, basic math, basic GMP understanding and ability to read/write English.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 0–2 years in a related field is required.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Microscope experience is preferred.
  • Must follow GMPs using SOPs.
  • Maintain records and a clean room per regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English.
  • Ability to perform repetitive work with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Assembling/packaging products.
  • Filling out paperwork for related assemblies and production activity.
  • Communicating discrepancies or potential issues as needed.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Understand measuring devices, prints and quality control documents, specifications and requirements.
  • Operate mechanical, electrical and optical tools and equipment for quality inspection.
  • Ensure high quality standards in assembly production for medical product assemblies.
  • Use programs to collect and evaluate operating data and adjust products, instruments or equipment online.
