Job summary

Nissha Medical Technologies is hiring for a manufacturing role in Buffalo, NY. You will set up and run manufacturing equipment, assemble medical device components, and support production changeovers to ensure timely orders.

The position emphasizes accuracy, GMP adherence, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to cross-train and grow within the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow production orders and instructions.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and shut down manufacturing equipment.
• Assemble medical device sub-assemblies and finished products.
• Perform material and job changeovers.

• Maintain quality documentation and production records.
• Monitor and maintain accurate raw material and component inventories.

• Conduct required testing and inspections.
• Cross-train and support other manufacturing areas, including the Clean Room.

• Monitor and maintain accurate raw material and component inventories.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), gowning, housekeeping, and documentation procedures.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working in a clean room setting.

Nissha Medical Technologies is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $17.75-$19.75/hour. The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
