Job summary

Nissha Medical Technologies is hiring a manufacturing operator in Buffalo, NY. You will set up, operate, and shut down manufacturing equipment to produce medical device sub-assemblies and finished products in a fast-paced environment.

Key duties include changeovers, testing, documentation, and cross-training in the Clean Room, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and teamwork. Competitive hourly pay with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a clean room setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and shut down manufacturing equipment.
• Assemble medical device sub-assemblies and finished products following work instructions.
• Perform material and job changeovers.
• Conduct required testing and inspections.
• Cross-train and support other manufacturing areas, including the Clean Room.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete production orders efficiently.
• Maintain quality documentation and production records.
• Monitor and maintain accurate raw material and component inventories.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), gowning, housekeeping, and documentation procedures.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.
