ATL Technology is seeking an Application Engineer in Minnesota. This pivotal role serves as a technical partner to our sales and commercial teams, enhancing our collaborations with medical device OEM partners. You'll be tasked with assessing opportunities, translating customer requirements into feasible solutions, and ensuring smooth transitions from sales to engineering.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering, with at least 10 years of experience in relevant fields. Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes are essential for this customer-facing position.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields or a Master's degree with 7 years of experience.
• Experience in Electrophysiology, Imaging, Electrosurgical, or Cardiovascular clinical segments.
• Strong understanding of ISO 13485, FDA, and MDR regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales for customer engagement and support.
• Act as the technical voice during customer meetings.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability and cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment.
• Support program transitions from sales to engineering.
