Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data-focused professional for Medical Device Product Development in the United States. You will implement and automate KPIs, and partner with Technology and Process experts to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

The role focuses on owning data integrity across R&D Operations, translating insights into systemic improvements, and collaborating with product teams to turn business needs into automated, scalable solutions from design through deployment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to extract knowledge from noisy, structured, and unstructured data.
• Ability to simplify, streamline, and automate processes with a data-first approach.
• Experience with AI/ML including Core ML, Deep Learning, GenAI, and Agentic AI.
• Experience with Agile planning and lifecycle tools (Jira, ADO, Jama Connect, Snowflake).
• Strong business acumen, curiosity, autonomy in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement, automate, and continuously improve Medical Device Product Development KPIs.
• Develop, recommend, and support data-driven solutions with Technology and Process experts.
• Own R&D Operations Product Development data integrity, ensuring data reliability and accessibility for decisions.
• Interact with Product teams to translate business needs into scalable, systemic solutions.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise from conceptual design through automation and integration of recommended solutions.
• Identify key business questions, collect data, extract insights, and translate findings into actionable solutions.
