Job summary

Treace is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support production of surgical instruments by setting up, operating, and post-processing metal and Nylon 3D printed parts. You will work with DMLS metal printers and Nylon 12 printers, using hand tools to finish parts and meet design specifications.

Collaboration with engineers will ensure quality and efficiency in production. Qualified candidates have 1+ years in regulated industries, prefer medical device exposure, and hold a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years in regulated industry.
• Preference for 1+ years in medical device.
• Preference for experience with 3D Printing (DMLS or SLS) or similar.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and processes metal and Nylon 3D printed components.
• Performs post-processing using hand tools and manual equipment.
• Collaborates with engineers to meet production and quality standards.
• Follows procedures and documentation for quality control.
