Fair Logistics is seeking a courier to pick up and deliver blood samples and pharmaceuticals within Birmingham, AL and surrounding areas. Routes are on-demand with weekly settlements. You will use color coded bags and proper coolers to prevent unnecessary patient procedures, and you must be flexible to cover routes as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and excellent communication to coordinate with doctors, clinics, and nursing homes.

Responsabilidades

• Pickup blood samples and deliver to labs following dispatcher's instructions.
• Pickup pharmaceuticals and deliver to nursing homes and clinics.
• Organize deliveries using color coded bags and proper coolers.
• Maintain attention to detail to prevent repeat pokes or tests.
• Be flexible for on-demand routes and fill in as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY

For these routes, you will pick up blood samples and specimens from doctors' offices and clinics and deliver them to labs for testing according to the dispatcher's instruction. You may also pick up pharmaceuticals and deliver them to nursing homes and clinics. There may be times when may have an as needed pick up for a sample and/or specimen that is not in that normal route. Being able to organize your deliveries in color coded bags and proper coolers is essential to ensuring that we prevent these patients from having to be poked or tested again. Attention to detail is an essential skill for these routes as you are handling critical packages that could affect someone's health. We are looking for someone who has flexibility for on-demand routes and who can fill in as needed.
