Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Courier in Louisville, KY to pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab supplies. You will operate a company vehicle, follow routes, and provide excellent service to clients daily.

The role requires reliability, safety, and strong time-management. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with 1 year of driver/courier and customer service experience preferred. A company vehicle is provided for the route.

Qualifications

• No education or experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year or more driver/courier experience preferred.
• 1 year or more Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load all necessary suppliers needed for the daily pickups.
• Complete daily pick up schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shift.
• Handle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient manner.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and obey all traffic laws.
• Utilize handheld electronic device to manage daily picks up.
• Work directly with the dispatcher for additional pick-ups as needed.
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as needed.
