Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Medical Courier in Fayetteville, AR, with a 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM shift and rotating weekends. You will pick up and deliver medical specimens and lab materials along a scheduled route, communicating with clinicians to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

You’ll operate a company vehicle (non-CDL) and use handheld scanners and route software. The role offers competitive hourly pay, shift differential opportunities, and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on the move most of the shift.
• Experience in medical, courier, or logistics roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab materials on a scheduled route.
• Communicate with doctors, nurses, and lab staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Safely operate a company-provided vehicle (non-CDL) and use route software.
• Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, and documentation.
• Comply with DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
