Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Medical Courier in Charleston, SC, Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. You will pick up and deliver medical specimens on a scheduled route, communicating with clinical staff to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

You’ll use a company vehicle and handheld scanners, maintain proper specimen handling, and comply with safety and regulatory standards. Training and benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license with driving experience and clean Motor Vehicle Record within past 36 months
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on the move for much of the shift
• Experience in medical courier, customer service, or logistics is preferred

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab materials on a scheduled route
• Communicate professionally with doctors, nurses, and lab staff to ensure timely deliveries
• Safely operate a company-provided vehicle (non-CDL)
• Use handheld scanners, route software, and mobile apps to track deliveries
• Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, storage, and documentation
• Comply with DOT, HIPAA, OSHA, and internal safety standards
