Job summary

BioTouch (MedSprint) is seeking a Medical Courier Driver in Antioch, CA to transport medical specimens between facilities using your personal vehicle. You will follow a prearranged route to ensure timely and safe delivery to our laboratory partners.

The role requires a valid CA driver's license, a clean driving record, HIPAA compliance, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. You should be comfortable navigating with GPS or maps, communicating professionally with dispatch and customers, and

Ability to navigate using GPS or maps.
Strong written and spoken English communication.
Excellent time-management and organization skills.
Professional interaction with customers and dispatch.

Responsibilities

Drive personal vehicle to transport medical items including specimens and supplies.
Load and unload items, ensure specimens and supplies are properly secured.
Deliver items to destinations in a timely manner per routing specifications.
Interact with customers and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain delivery records and obtain customer signatures where applicable.
Communicate delays or changes in delivery status to dispatch and management.
