LabCorp is seeking a Senior Service Representative/Courier to join our team in Staten Island, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while delivering excellent service to our clients.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $27.00 per hour (including 2nd shift differential)

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills, relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, internal equity, and market data.

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am; ability to cover 1st and 3rd shifts and weekends as needed.

Benefits: Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO or FTO, tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan. Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a floater for the logistics team, providing coverage for various routes as needed.
• Provide on-route training for new couriers/drivers.
• Assist with dispatch and pickups when required.
• Load necessary supplies for daily pickups.
• Complete daily pickup schedules promptly.
• Deliver pickups to your branch at the end of your shift.
• Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.
• Operate company vehicle safely and obey traffic laws.
• Use handheld electronic devices to manage pickups.
• Coordinate with dispatch for additional pickups.
• Assess traffic, routes, and weather conditions to optimize delivery.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of driver/courier experience required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent punctuality and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to solve customer issues effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
