Qualifications

• Completion of tenth school grade and experience as a Motor Vehicle Operator may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required education.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record adequate for insurance coverage.
• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Abides by and enforces all compliance requirements and policies in an ethical manner.
• Assists with the orientation of new employees.
• Uses proper body mechanics when moving equipment and supplies.
• Inspects vehicles and reports issues; drives to sites as needed per route.
• Completes mandatory department, educational and hospital requirements.
• Adheres to infection control and safety standards.
• Maintains regular and prompt attendance; works defined schedule and overtime as required.
