Rapid Medical in Pace, FL is seeking contractors for a route-based courier position serving labs, clinics, and health systems. You will run stops via our driver app, log proof of delivery, and ensure proper handling of specimens.

You must have a personal vehicle, valid license, insurance, and be 21+ with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Compensation is per route with bonuses and a sign-on incentive after 30 days active with no call-offs.

Weekly bonus opportunity: $25

Start location:Pace, FL

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route — mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
  
• Weekly bonus: $20–$100
• Training bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.
