Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Redding, CA is seeking a Medical Courier to ensure timely delivery of medical specimens and lab materials along a fixed route, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. You will act as the face of our diagnostic services, communicating with clinicians and lab staff to keep tests on schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience and a clean MVR showing no more than two moving violations in the past 36 months, and none in the last 12 months.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with reliable documentation
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the road
• Comfortable using mobile devices or scanning tools
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay on the move for much of the shift
• Prior medical, courier, or logistics experience preferred

Pay range: $21.00 - $25.00 / hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and documentation of a Motor Vehicle Record with no more than two moving violation convictions within the previous 36-month period, with none in the most recent 12 months.
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, with reliable documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the road
• Comfortable using mobile devices or scanning tools
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on the move for much of your shift
• Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience is strongly preferred
