Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Medical Courier in Marlborough, MA, Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. You will deliver specimens and lab materials, communicate with clinicians, and ensure proper handling and documentation on a non-CDL vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license with min. 3 years driving experience and clean MVR within 36 months.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with reliable documentation.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the road.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stay on the move during shifts.
• Prior medical, courier, or logistics experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens on a scheduled route.
• Communicate professionally with doctors, nurses, and lab staff.
• Safely operate a company vehicle (non-CDL).
• Use handheld scanners, route software, and mobile apps to track deliveries.
• Ensure proper specimen labeling, storage, and documentation.

Pay range: $19.68 - $22.01 / hour; employee may be eligible to receive shift differential of 10% for some or all hours worked on second shift and 15% for some or all hours worked on third shift. Additional details on shift differential will be provided if an offer is extended.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Qualifications

What you need:

• Valid Driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and documentation of a Motor Vehicle Record with no more than two moving violation convictions within the previous 36-month period, with none in the most recent 12 months.
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, with reliable documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the road
• Comfortable using mobile devices or scanning toolsAbility to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on the move for much of your shift
• Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience is strongly preferred
