Quest Diagnostics in Columbus, OH is seeking a Medical Courier to support patient care by delivering specimens and lab materials on a consistent route, Monday through Friday with weekend rotation. This full‑time/mobile role emphasizes independent work, professional communication with clinical staff, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

You will operate a company vehicle (non‑CDL), use scanners and apps to track progress, and participate in a benefits‑rich package starting day one,

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with driving experience and clean MVR
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliable documentation
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the road
• Comfortable using mobile devices or scanning tools
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during shift
• Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience preferred

Responsibilities

Medical Courier – Columbus, OH – Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with rotational weekends.

Pay range

Pay range: Minimum of $18.00+ per hour; employee may be eligible to receive shift differential of 10% for some or all hours worked on second shift and 15% for some or all hours worked on third shift. Additional details on shift differential will be provided if an offer is extended. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Qualifications

What you need:

• Valid Driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and documentation of a Motor Vehicle Record with no more than two moving violation convictions within the previous 36‑month period, with none in the most recent 12 months.
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, with reliable documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the road
• Comfortable using mobile devices or scanning tools
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on the move for much of your shift
• Prior medical, customer service, courier, or logistics experience is strongly preferred
