A successful candidate will possess knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 coding, alongside strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• 3 years of HIM coding experience required.
• 2 years total audit experience with 1 year of current audit experience.
• Intermediate to advanced technical knowledge of HIM systems.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records for coding accuracy.
• Complete Quality Review reports and communicate issues.
• Utilize coding references and client-specific guidelines.
