Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office or clinic setting.
  • Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee front desk, scheduling, patient registration, and overall clinic flow.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, billing, and records management.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate ordering and restocking supplies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.
  • Support onboarding and training of new staff; provide real-time coaching.
  • Lead daily huddles and weekly team check-ins; promote teamwork and accountability.
  • Serve as liaison between providers and administrative staff; address patient concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and ACHC policies; participate in audits.
  • Review timecards, deposits, schedules, and billing reconciliation.
  • Lead monthly team meetings and assist with performance improvement initiatives.

Job description

ACHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center and licensed primary care clinic. We provide medical and dental care, with additional specialists in Chiropractic, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Pediatrics, Psychology, Podiatry and Optometry. ACHC Clinics are located across Fresno, Kings and Tulare counties.The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) clinic. This entry-level supervisory role that ensures efficient workflows, supports staff and providers, and promotes high-quality patient experience.
