Job summary

Medical City Plano is seeking a Director Cardiovascular Services to lead the Cardiovascular Services/Cath Lab operations. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care across sites and functions within the market.

The Administrative Director will drive strategy, policy, and collaboration, guiding teams to meet hospital and market objectives. RN licensure and leadership experience are required for this key executive position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• RN Texas or compact state licensure/certification/registration.
• 3 years healthcare leadership experience.
• 3 years in leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cardiovascular services across Cath Lab for multiple sites or functions.
• Foster accountability and collaboration; implement strategies, policies and procedures.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with facility objectives.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to meet market goals.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Director Cardiovascular Services Cath Lab ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the performance and results of multiple sites and/or multiple functional areas. The Administrative Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and directs the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility and/or market objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• RN Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or related area preferred
• Bachelors degree required
• Licensure/certification/registration: RN Texas or compact state
• 3 years healthcare leadership experience
• 3 years in leadership role

Medical City Plano opened in 1975 and provides Plano and Collin County with advanced health care. Medical City Plano is a 600+ bed acute care hospital.
