You will build and configure chart templates within the EHR, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organization standards.

The role requires a high school diploma with 1+ year healthcare EHR experience, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of HIPAA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain patient chart templates within the organization's EHR platform.
• Create and update provider documentation workflows, clinical forms, assessments, and order sets.
• Ensure chart structures align with clinical, operational, billing, and regulatory requirements.
• Review chart builds for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, IT, and revenue cycle teams to implement workflow enhancements.
• Test and validate chart configurations before deployment.
• Troubleshoot chart-related issues and recommend solutions.
• Support EHR optimization projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain documentation related to chart build specifications and system changes.
• Assist with user training and provide support regarding chart functionality.
