Job summary

Pivotal Placement Services, Inc. is partnering with a growing case management organization to recruit Field Case Manager RN professionals in the Oceanside/San Diego area. This hybrid role blends clinical nursing with care coordination, patient advocacy, and collaboration with employers and insurers to support safe return to work.

You will coordinate care, document thoroughly, and travel locally within roughly 30 miles while enjoying a strong benefits package, PTO, and a productive bonus program.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.
• Reliable transportation for local travel within ~30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for injured workers with providers, employers, and insurance teams.
• Assist patients in safely returning to work and manage care plans.

Who Should Apply?

Workers' compensation experience is not required. In fact, the organization often prefers clinicians without prior workers' compensation experience and provides extensive training in its processes and best practices.
