Crawco is seeking an RN Case Manager in Grand Rapids, MI. This remote role includes local field travel, a competitive salary, and quarterly bonus opportunities.

Free CEUs and license/certification reimbursement are provided to support ongoing professional development. Ideal candidates will have an RN degree and preferably national certification (CCM/CRC/COHN/CRRN), with experience in workers’ comp case management a plus.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.

• Support patients/employees with insurance benefits including Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
