You will collaborate with therapists and staff, maintain patient and payer communications, and support billing operations with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Work denials and appeals promptly per payer requirements.
• Correct billing errors by resubmitting claims.
• Report correct diagnosis/procedures to insurance carriers.
• Post remittances and balance payments.
• Follow up on unpaid claims until resolution.
• Coordinate with payers and keep updated on billing changes.
• Assist patients, therapists, and payers with claim questions.
• Contribute to team with professionalism and ethics.
• Open communication with supervisor; maintain good attendance.
