Global Management Solutions, Inc. in Reseda, CA is seeking a Full-Time Medical Billing Associate to manage hospice billing for Medicare, Medi-Cal, private insurance, and private pay accounts.

You will assist with insurance verification, eligibility, authorizations, and maintain accurate patient billing records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and collaborative work in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of medical billing experience.
• Hospice billing, eligibility, and insurance authorization experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, private insurance billing, and medical terminology.
• Experience with EMR/billing software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
