Responsabilités

• Assist clients with processing insurance claims for private insurance and Medicaid/Medicare.
• Note and process all forms needed for insurance billing.
• Assist patients in navigating billing and insurance processes; collect required forms and signatures.
• Coordinate with doctors' offices and hospitals to obtain charge information and billing details.
• Enter billing and payment data accurately into the system.
• Follow up on clients and payments as needed.
• Answer phones, address questions, take messages, and screen calls.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
