Qualifications

• Previous experience with medical coding or billing is desired.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with processing insurance claims through private insurance and Medicaid/Medicare/Medicare Advantage.
• Note and process all necessary forms from the insurance.
• Assist patients in navigating the billing and insurance landscape.
• Work with doctors' offices and hospitals to obtain charge information.
• Enter all billing and payment information into the system accurately.
• Follow up with clients and payments, as needed.
• Answer phones and assist clients with questions.
• Maintain confidentiality.
