Natow Rosenberg & Pion MD PC is seeking a Medical Biller to join our team. You will assist patients with billing questions, process forms for insurance billing, and follow up on denials.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and is comfortable spending much of the day on the computer and phone. Previous medical billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with charge posting through both private insurance and Medicaid/Medicare.
• Assist with insurance denials and appeals.

• Follow up with insurance companies and patients, as needed.
• Answer phones, assist patients with questions.
• Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.
• Patient collections.
