Job summary

Alianza Socios de Salud in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is seeking a dedicated Medical Biller to support our expanding revenue cycle team. You will prepare, submit, and follow up on claims to ensure clean submissions and timely payments across our network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of medical billing or revenue cycle management experience.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding, insurance claims, and payer guidelines.
• Experience with EMR/EHR and medical billing software systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced healthcare settings.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
