Job summary

Patriot Homecare is seeking a Medical Biller for a work-from-home role with in-person training at 986 Tibbetts Wick Rd, Girard, OH 44420. The job features a Monday–Friday schedule and is veteran-owned, family-operated.

Responsibilities include submitting billing, AR support, and patient visit logs, with a focus on accuracy and timely submission. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of home healthcare and hospice billing experience preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines.
• Excellent computer and phone skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Job Conditions:

• Position is stressful in terms of meeting deadlines
• It is a primarily a desk job, which essentially involves sitting, standing, stooping, and walking, as well as an inordinate amount of telephone communication

Qualifications:

• Two years of home healthcare and hospice billing experience or basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet regulatory deadlines and deliver effective results
• Excellent computer and phone skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
