Job summary

Chacko Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center seeks a Medical Billing Supervisor to oversee our revenue cycle operations in Georgia. This in-person role requires hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) and strong leadership skills.

The candidate will manage daily billing, monitor denials and appeals, credentialing processes, and collaborate with providers and front-office to optimize reimbursement. Excellent organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and AR management.
• Experience with physician credentialing, enrollment, and revalidation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor billing performance and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily billing operations and revenue cycle processes.
• Monitor claim submissions, payment postings, denials, and appeals.
• Review aging reports and resolve outstanding balances.
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and billing regulations.
• Coordinate provider enrollment with commercial plans, Medicare, Medicaid and other payers.
• Assist with staff training and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with providers and front-office to improve reimbursement and workflows.
• Analyze billing trends and recommend improvements.

Chacko Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Medical Billing Supervisor (IN PESON POSITION ONLY)to oversee and support our revenue cycle operations. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong medical billing experience, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW).

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience required.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, payment posting, accounts receivable management, and revenue cycle operations.
• Experience working with commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Experience with physician and provider credentialing, enrollment, and revalidation processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to monitor billing performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Candidates without eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in a medical billing environment.
• Experience with allergy, asthma, ENT, or specialty practice billing.
• Knowledge of payer credentialing, contract management, and provider enrollment.
