Williamson Health in Franklin, TN is seeking a Medical Office Assistant to support Williamson Medical Group with clinical information exchange, appointment scheduling, specimen collection, and basic office procedures.

You will work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, collaborating with nurses and physicians to deliver patient-centered care. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, Medical Assistant certification preferred, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a medical office environment.
• Competent with glucometer, BP cuff, thermometer, autoclave, stethoscope, audioscope, and office devices.
• Able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, and lift over 20 pounds.

Responsabilités

Job Description

This position provides clinical nursing support to Williamson Medical Group by communicating clinical information to patients and businesses, scheduling tests and consultations, obtaining clinical specimens, assessing patients, performing clinical office procedures and maintaining adequate clinical supplies.

Position Requirements

• Must be able to sit, stand, communicate, in English, both orally and in writing and lift over 20 pounds.
