Midwest Express Clinic in Illinois seeks a Medical Assistant to join our Lombard, Westmont, and Willowbrook locations. You’ll be part of a patient‑centered team that values energy, helping others, and arriving ready to win the day.

You’ll handle patient care, rooming, vitals, EMR documentation, basic procedures, and clinic operations while contributing to a friendly, fast‑paced environment with dependable teammates.

Qualifications

• Prior clinical experience with 1-2+ years in outpatient setting required.
• Friendly, polished, professional presence.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and create a great first impression.
• Room patients, obtain vitals and medical history, document accurately within the EMR, and support providers during visits.
• Perform blood draws, EKGs, injections, and specimen collection as permitted.
• Register patients, support insurance verification, answer phones, schedule visits, and collect payments.
• Keep documentation accurate and organized within the EMR.
• Show up on time and ready to contribute.
• Support teammates during busy shifts.
• Help keep the clinic clean, smooth, and efficient.

Compensation

The expectedhourlyrange for this position is$21-23 depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
