Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification is required.
• Front office experience including insurance and VOB knowledge is required.
• Clinical experience in EKG and phlebotomy is required.
• Exercise knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take patient vitals, perform EKGs and phlebotomy, and assist with front office duties.
• Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system and follow up on patient progress.
• Refer non-routine requests to appropriate staff and maintain patient service standards.
• Assist with inventory, document scanning, and staff training as needed.
• Support clinic marketing and contribute to clinic profitability and success.
